By using RandNext, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or API.

Using RandNext

• You may use the site and its generators for lawful personal, educational or commercial purposes.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated traffic that harms availability.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated results before relying on or publishing them. Random output is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
• You are responsible for storing generated passwords and other secret values securely.

Content

RandNext includes original material, public-domain material and content made available under other licenses. Source, license and attribution fields are provided where applicable. You are responsible for following those notices and applicable law when reusing content.

You may share links to RandNext pages. These terms do not transfer ownership of the RandNext name, branding, site design, software or content collection.

API

• API use must include a visible “Powered by RandNext” link to randnext.com and display the attribution field whenever it is present.
• Rate limits apply. Bulk downloading the content library to republish or resell it is not allowed.
• Do not use the API to create a competing copy of the RandNext content service or to evade a content item’s license requirements.
• We may change limits, suspend abusive access, add or remove endpoints, or update response fields. The API has no service-level agreement.

Availability and warranties

RandNext is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We may change or discontinue features without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RandNext and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the site, generated results or API.
