Random Bracket Generator

Draw a random single-elimination tournament bracket for up to 128 teams or players. Byes are added automatically and spread fairly when the numbers don’t work out.

How the draw works

Entrants are shuffled into a single-elimination bracket. If the number isn’t a power of two, some entrants get a bye straight into round two — byes are spread around the bracket and never face each other.

What’s a bye?

When the number of entrants isn’t a power of two, some go straight to round two without playing. They’re chosen at random and never face another bye.
