Verifiable Giveaway Picker
Lock your entry list, set a draw time and share the public record before it happens. When the time comes, winners are drawn with a published algorithm, and anyone can recompute the result to check it was fair.
- Public record anyone can verify
- Entries locked before the draw
- No account needed
Giveaway Picker API

FAQ
How can entrants check the draw was fair?
Before the draw, the record shows a fingerprint of the entry list, a sealed commitment to our random seed and a future round of the drand public randomness beacon. After the draw the seed and beacon value are public, and anyone can recompute the winners with the published algorithm, in our verifier or with their own code. Nobody, including RandNext, can know the result in advance.
Can I change the entries or re-run the draw?
No. Once locked, the list and the number of winners cannot change. You can cancel before the draw time, but a cancelled draw stays public and is shown as cancelled, so a result can’t be quietly thrown away.
Why should I share the link before the draw?
It proves you didn’t create several draws and keep the one you liked. Records drawn less than 10 minutes after locking are marked “Not pre-announced”.
Is my entry list public?
Only if you choose. By default the record shows how many entries there were and their fingerprint, not the names. Winners are always shown. Use usernames rather than real names, emails or phone numbers.
How is this different from the Random Picker?
The Random Picker runs entirely in your browser and keeps no record — ideal for classrooms. The Giveaway Picker stores your list on RandNext so the result can be checked by others.
